Job Responsibilities :
• To generate business in all product categories - Pillows, foam, spring, furniture & furnishing as per the given targets on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis, strictly abiding the current Company's Trade Policy (TP)
• To keep the outstanding at the minimum/ as per company's norms.
• To keep a watch on the market changes and give input for the same.
• To make calls to the dealers
• To make institutional calls to pitch sales.
• To increase the dealer network by appointing new dealers.
• To reactivate the old partners.
• To ensure proper product & brand display at dealer counters.
• To maintain good relationship with the dealers.
• To redress the customer complaints.
• To ensure that dealer is practicing Kurlon ethics of MRP etc.
